Our family had not had a vacation together in more than a dozen years. This location was the perfect place to reconnect and relax. The house was well furnished including anything you would need in the kitchen, private bedrooms and the bunk room was ideal for our younger family members. The elevator was a life saver for our senior family members. The heated pool and the beach access were luxuriously private. We were already planning our return visit before we had finished our first! We highly recommend this location for a family vacation at any time of the year.

This house is perfect for the large group looking to spend time at the beach! The rooms are a great size and the bunk room is a wonderful option for kids. We traveled with 5 couples and 6 kids under 3. The main floor provides enough space to spend time all together and the outdoor space with the pool is ideal. The area doesn’t have much nearby (walking distance) and the grocery store is a 15-20 min drive, but we weren’t looking to leave the house. Marissa was super responsive and a perfect host! You can’t beat being on the beach and having the pool as well. We’d love to come back!

I love the cape and have been visiting for many years. I prefer the undeveloped beach and more natural feel as my happy place is on the beach fishing. Normally this means slumming it in a fish cape type place. Newer development has drastically improved the quality of rentals in the area. This place was brand new and felt very special. it has its own private boardwalk and outdoor shower. nice aluminum chairs and beach towel were provided. The elevator made loading unloading a breeze. The living situation is obviously first class. 10/10would stay again.

I can’t put into words how much we enjoyed our stay. It was exceptional, well equipped with everything we needed and more. Truly exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Enough space to allow family entertainment and still be able to escape for some tranquility and disconnect. Only thing I’ve heard from the kids since we checked out is, when are we coming back! After a year of medical issues we decided it was time to get away from it all and we couldn't have picked a better place. Clean, beautiful and so well equipped! Had everything we needed and wanted. Wish the weather was better but we enjoyed it nonetheless! Wished we could've stayed longer!

Bella Coastal was an amazing location for some much needed down time. The semi-private beach, heated pool, amazing home and exceptionally functional kitchen, was perfect. It was so clean, it felt like we were the first to stay. Marissa was ALWAYS responsive, while making reservations, during our stay, and as we departed. We hope to return soon. Thank you!

Had an incredible family get away, enjoyed everything about this place. It has some amazing sunrises you can see from the balconies. Loved watching the dolphins in the morning. They have all the beach stuff you will need assessable to you along with access from the back deck straight to the beach. The heated pool was one of our favorites. The staff is very friendly, helpful and can be contacted at ease for anything you may need.

This was an absolutely amazing house! Our entire stay was an absolute dream. Port Saint Joe is separated from the bustle of normal spring break beach crowds, granting unmatched peace and serenity & making it feel like we'd travelled much further away then we actually did. This was a beautifully curated home, with considerate accessibility, and stunning ocean views and access. Our family was planning our next stay well before we left. Book this! You won't regret it!

The house was amazing everything was beautiful! The pool was worth the heat in late March! We didn't stay long but to watch the dolphins in the morning was a beautiful surprise!! The beach was quiet and we were able to enjoy a few beach chairs that were available on the property! The views from the decks both front and back decks were amazing! There was so much room for all adults and kids had a great time sharing the bunk room! We can't wait to go back and enjoy everything!

Beautiful luxury house that is exactly like the photos. The property is well maintained, has upscale interior design and is very livable. All bedrooms get the same amount of attention to detail so nobody feels left out. Beautiful heated lit pool and accommodating deck, along with beach gear and an industrial ice maker downstairs. The elevator is a nice added benefit for getting suitcases up to the third floor easier. This house has everything you need for a week on the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Killarney Beach House! We had my Mom and our family down for her 60th birthday and the place was absolutely perfect! The deck and heated pool were perfect for those days where the weather was a bit on the cooler side, but is just a 60 second walk down to the beach if that's your preference. The beach area does have some traffic on it (pretty infrequent) and was on the flatter/firmer side (at least when we were there in late February), but was perfect for taking walks with our dog and family. The area is definitely on the more slow paced/private side which is exactly what we were looking for, and is just a short 15 minute drive to Port St. Joe which had several cute shops and some great restaurants. Can't wait to go back!

Perfect House for a relaxing getaway! Home is beautiful and NEW with plenty of room for our multi-family of 10. Furniture was beyond comfortable, clean and the beds will swallow you up in slumber. Outstanding and serene views overlooking the Gulf from multiple decks. Great private pool area with deck that provides areas for both shade and sun. The beach, which is easily accessible via private boardwalk leading directly from house, was uncrowded and the Gulf was pristine. Elevator and ice machine were a much appreciated bonus. Marissa was very responsive and helpful. House and amenities were top shelf. Would definitely return and recommend!!

We had a wonderful time and made lots of memories with our family. The location is great, you are not far from the cute downtown of Port St. John. The downtown has several cute boutiques and restaurants. Across the street from the house you can rent paddle boards and kayaks, they are inexpensive and so much fun! We were able to paddle board and kayak very closely to the dolphins. I recommend getting the pool heated, it just makes it more enjoyable and the kids will love it. It was a very clean and spacious rental, with a beach that most days you’ll have to yourself. The beach allows bonfires, I highly recommend doing this! If you are looking for a great family getaway this is your spot.

As described in past reviews, this stay surpassed our expectations. The layout is perfect, furnished perfect for the beach and any age you are entertaining (kids can get around easily, older adults would appreciate the small touches). It was colder while we were there, it is worth every cent to heat the pool. it was 50 and we were all swimming while wearing beanies and jackets on the beach. All the houses were rented on the beach, everyone was so nice and yet it still felt like no one was around. There is construction in the neighborhood, but you would only know it driving in. 15mins. to town and fun BBQ (Smokehouse) just a half mile away. Our first time in Port St. Joe (we've stayed almost every other town along 30A), we will be back!

PARADISE FOUND! We spent a glorious week at this gorgeous, delightful, immaculate, well-provisioned, comfortable, peaceful home! The lovely house & tasteful furnishings are a work of art. Every piece of furniture and decor lend to the feeling of comfort, luxury and peacefulness. We enjoyed discovering surprises -an outstanding welcome package, great family games, comfortable beach chairs, a Ninja blender, an Instant pot, a waffle maker, and lovely dishes. Each bedroom has private space and lovely baths. The beds are extremely comfortable with the best linens and towels. The ocean-front decks off the luxurious bedrooms are a great for breakfast or meditation. The heated pool in January felt like a bathtub - such delightful therapy. The private board walks to the picturesque, quiet beach make the ocean accessible for all. Of all the homes we've rented across the world, this stands out as an idyllic, luxurious, peaceful retreat! Marissa was the best hostess - most helpful and gracious!

The house was gorgeous with beautiful rooms and designs throughout! It also had everything we needed and was well stocked with all the pots and pans and kitchen utensils you could need. We really enjoyed the pool at the house. The area was nice but we were surprised by all the bug bites we got on the beach there. I’m not sure if that typical or not, but bring bug spray! The beach is gorgeous, but the water is not clear blue here or at least it wasn’t while we were there. It didn’t bother me at all, but some of the guests were expecting clear blue waters. The property manager, Marissa, was fantastic and very communicative! I want to reiterate that this house is so nice! There’s an ice machine and an elevator. No details were missed! We enjoyed it!

Absolutely gorgeous beach house! The pictures do it no justice. My family and I as well as my dear friends fell in love with the spaciousness and the comfort. The beds are so comfortable you’ll hate the one you have back home. The kitchen, oh my, it was very well stocked. The soap provided in the shower dispensers was the best. No wonder you’re warned that if you take the soaps you will pay for it! Lol😆 I was tempted. The ice maker in the car port was a perfect touch for when filling up your cooler for the beach. Ok now, the area, Cape San Blas was very nice. Not crowded at all. Port St. Joe nearby was 15 min away and has a lot do. Did I mention how freaking awesome it was to be allowed to do a bon fire on the beach! Yes, awesome. The night sky with the millions of stars was awe inspiring. Warning, lay on your back or your neck will hurt. Let me not forget the attention and responsiveness of our host, Marissa, was the best I’ve had in a while. Sorry Marissa for all my questions. 😂 Thank you for the great memories we made at your lovely home.
